Step One:
Schedule your initial meeting.
Contact us by phone or email to schedule a meeting date that is convenient for you.
Step Two:
Fill out our Confidential Estate Planning Intake Form.
In preparation for our meeting, we provide you with a confidential questionnaire designed to introduce us to your family and finances. Though completion of this form is not a requirement prior to our meeting, we urge you to complete it to the best of your ability. Completing the intake form before our meeting is crucial, as it allows us to dedicate our time together to building a personal connection rather than gathering information, ensuring a more meaningful and productive meeting! Additionally, the form will list a number of documents for you to bring with you to our meeting.
Step Three:
Meet with your attorney!
During your initial consultation, we will review your Confidential Estate Planning Intake Form together, along with the documents we requested. We will also discuss your intentions and wishes to ensure we are implementing a plan that is right for you and your family.

Step Four:
Receive and review drafts of your estate plan.
After carefully reviewing your forms and documents, and spending time getting to know your situation, we will begin creating your estate plan. We will update you as we go, and provide you with draft documents for your review and comments. We strive to create a plan that meets your needs, that's why we do not stop at our first meeting, but ensure a channel of communication remains open throughout our relationship.
Step Five:
Fund and execute your plan.
Once your plan is complete, you are ready to sign your estate planning documents! Your attorney will walk you through this process and will assist you in ensuring your trust is properly funded. You will also be provided with digital copies and the original copies of your plan.
